Lovers Lane keeps the longest hours of our two stores, so you can drop a suit off on the way into the office and collect it on the way home without rearranging your day around us. There is no kiosk at Lovers Lane. Outside store hours, use the 24-hour kiosk at our Hillcrest Ave store or book a pickup.
Yes. Garments brought in before 9:00 am can be ready the same day. Next-day service is available on request, and the standard turnaround is two days. Leather and suede go to a specialty cleaner and come back on a longer schedule, and wedding gowns are handled as their own service, on their own timeline.
Suits, dresses and tailored pieces go through dry cleaning chosen for the cloth rather than the clock, using the biodegradable SYSTEM K4 process, then hand finishing and a final inspection. Laundered shirts are hand-spotted, washed in protective netting, pressed on a dedicated collar and cuff press and finished on a Sankosha press, with loose buttons replaced at no charge. Wash, dry and fold and professional laundry cover the everyday side of the wardrobe. Household items come through Lovers Lane too: comforters, duvets, pillows, mattress pads, bath mats, tablecloths, runners, napkins, drapes, curtains and patio cushions. Wedding gowns are inspected individually, cleaned to match the beading, lace, silk or tulle in front of us, and preserved in acid-free materials if you choose. Leather and suede are welcome at the counter and go to a specialty cleaner who works on nothing else. Offices, restaurants and salons run standing commercial accounts on the same standard.
University Park, Highland Park and Preston Hollow are all a few minutes away, and the store draws from Bluffview along Lovers Lane as well. Customers in Uptown, Oak Lawn and Lakewood usually skip the drive and use pickup and delivery, and the route covers all three.

You get a text when the order is ready, with what it came to, and the card on your account is charged after the cleaning is done.
