Avon Cleaners has looked after Park Cities wardrobes since 1968, and the Hillcrest Avenue store carries that standard into the streets around SMU. You will find us at 6301 Hillcrest Ave, a short drive from Highland Park, University Park and Preston Hollow, and set up for customers whose day does not fit neatly inside counter hours.
The counter is staffed Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Outside those hours the self-service kiosk stays open. Leave an order at eleven at night, or collect a finished one before the counter unlocks, seven days a week and without an appointment. It is the reason a good number of our Hillcrest customers rarely see the inside of the store.
Garments left before 8:00 am can be ready the same day. That is the difference between a jacket that is back for tonight and one that is back next week, and it is exactly why the kiosk matters here: an early drop-off does not have to wait for someone to be behind the counter.
Hillcrest takes in everything we do. Everyday dry cleaning and laundered shirts, hand-spotted, washed in protective netting and pressed on dedicated collar and cuff equipment, with loose buttons replaced at no charge. Wash, dry and fold for the everyday load, and professional laundry for the rest of it. Household items such as comforters, duvets, pillows, drapes, tablecloths and patio cushions. Wedding gown cleaning and preservation using acid-free materials. Suede and leather go out to a specialty cleaner who works on nothing else, because that is the right way to treat them.
Our cleaning is eco-friendly, but that is not the headline. The methods are chosen for what they do to fabric, and it is the hand finishing and the inspection at the end that keep color, drape and structure where they belong across a wardrobe’s life. The environmental side is a benefit we are glad to have rather than the reason we work this way.

Pickup and delivery is complimentary across Dallas, Far North Dallas, Highland Park, University Park, Frisco, Plano, Trophy Club, Farmers Branch, Las Colinas, Addison, Southlake, Grapevine and Collin County, for homes and for offices and commercial accounts alike. You will get a text when your order is ready, with what it came to, so nothing arrives as a surprise.
