How We Decide the Right Care
We consider the individual textile rather than treating every household item the same way. Certain fabrics are dry cleaned in our SYSTEM K4 process, a biodegradable, dermatologically tested solvent; washable household linens may be laundered instead.
Before sending us household textiles:

- Keep separate pieces identifiable. A duvet cover and insert may need different handling.
